Equivalent Managing Body definition

Equivalent Managing Body. (i) with respect to a manager managed limited liability company, the board of managers, (ii) with respect to a member managed limited liability company, the board of directors of its most direct corporate parent company and (iii) with respect to a partnership, the board of directors of the general partner to the extent such general partner is a corporation, or the Equivalent Managing Body of the general partner if such general partner is not a corporation.
Equivalent Managing Body means (i) with respect to a manager managed limited liability company, the board of managers, (ii) with respect to a member managed limited liability company, the board of directors of its most direct corporate parent company, which, for the avoidance of doubt, for the Issuer on the Issue Date is Holdings and (iii) with respect to a partnership, the board of directors of the general partner to the extent such general partner is a corporation, or the Equivalent Managing Body of the general partner if such general partner is not a corporation.

  • Managing Directors means Mrs Maria Chr. van der Sluijs-Plantz, Mrs Thérèse F.C. Wijnen and Mr Hubertus P.C. Mourits or such other person(s) who may be appointed as Managing Director(s) of the Issuer from time to time.

  • System for Award Management (SAM means the primary Government repository for prospective Federal awardee and Federal awardee information and the centralized Government system for certain contracting, grants, and other assistance-related processes. It includes—

  • Managing Committee means the individual or the body of individuals entrusted or charged with the management and administration of a private educational institution and where a society, trust, or an association manages more than one such institution, includes the managing committee of each such institution;

  • Exit Management means the obligations and rights of the Parties to ensure a smooth transition of the Framework from the Contractor to the Authority or any Replacement Contractor as set out in Clause 44 (Exit Management) and Schedule 8 (Exit Management).

  • Administrative Director refers to that individual or authorized designee, empowered by the State to make final and binding executive decisions on behalf of the State.

  • Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;

  • Alternative program means a non-disciplinary monitoring or practice remediation process approved by a physical therapy licensing board. This includes, but is not limited to, substance abuse issues.

  • Monitoring Committee means the committee established under clause 10 of this Award.

  • Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the board.

  • Management Board means the management board of the Company.

  • Managing Director means the Managing Director of the Food Corporation of India.

  • Investment Management Services means any services which involve: (i) the management of an investment account or Fund (or portions thereof or a group of investment accounts or Funds); (ii) the giving of advice with respect to the investment and/or reinvestment of assets or funds (or any group of assets or funds); or (iii) otherwise acting as an “investment adviser” within the meaning of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, including, without limitation, in each of the foregoing cases, performing activities related or incidental thereto.
