EU Countries definition

EU Countries means, collectively, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
EU Countries means each country belonging (by treaty or otherwise) to the world organization commonly known as the European Union.
EU Countries means the Member States of the European Union as of the Effective Date, and such other countries as may in the future join the European Union, in each case for so long as such country remains a member of the European Union.

Examples of EU Countries in a sentence

  • Licensee shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to Commercialize the Product in each of the Major EU Countries, [***] in accordance with the Commercialization Plan and the terms of this Agreement.

  • Without limiting the obligation set forth in the immediately preceding sentence, Licensee shall initiate Commercialization activities within each of the Major EU Countries within three (3) months following [***] for the Product in the applicable Major EU Country.

  • Alone or with a partner, subject to the terms of this Agreement, Array will have the sole right to obtain Marketing Approval for the Product for use outside the United States (and, for the avoidance of doubt, to Commercialize the Product outside the United States); provided, however, that following Marketing Approval of the Product in the United States, Array shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to obtain Marketing Approval for the Product in each of the Major EU Countries.

  • For purposes of clarity, PRESIDIO shall be deemed to have used Commercially Reasonable Efforts hereunder with respect to its Development and Commercialization activities in the EU if PRESIDIO Develops and Commercializes at least one Licensed Product for the prevention, treatment, palliation and/or control of any HCV indication in any ***** of the Major EU Countries.
