Ex-Dividend Date definition

Ex-Dividend Date means the first date on which shares of the Common Stock trade on the applicable exchange or in the applicable market, regular way, without the right to receive the issuance, dividend or distribution in question, from the Company or, if applicable, from the seller of Common Stock on such exchange or market (in the form of due bills or otherwise) as determined by such exchange or market.
Ex-Dividend Date means the first date on which the ADSs trade on the applicable exchange or in the applicable market, regular way, without the right to receive the issuance, dividend or distribution in question, from the Company or, if applicable, from the seller of the ADSs on such exchange or market (in the form of due bills or otherwise) as determined by such exchange or market.

  • Any adjustment made under this Section 2.05(d) shall become effective immediately after the Open of Business on the Ex-Dividend Date for such dividend or distribution.

  • Any adjustment made under this Section 2.05(c)(1) shall become effective immediately after the Open of Business on the Ex-Dividend Date for such distribution.

  • Any adjustment made under this Section 2.05(a) shall become effective immediately after the Open of Business on the Ex-Dividend Date for such dividend or distribution or the effective date for such share split or share combination, as the case may be.
