Quarterly Dividend Period definition

Quarterly Dividend Period means the quarterly period commencing on and including a Dividend Payment Date and ending on and including the day immediately preceding the next subsequent Dividend Payment Date.
Quarterly Dividend Period means the quarterly period commencing on each February 1, May 1, August 1 and November 1 and ending on the day before the following Dividend Payment Date.
Quarterly Dividend Period means the quarterly period commencing on each March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 and ending on the next succeeding Dividend Payment Date, respectively.
