Executive Management Committee definition

Executive Management Committee means a committee comprising the Agency’s Heads of Divisions and any other Manager so invited.
Executive Management Committee means the executive management committee of the Society, established by the Council of Trustees in accordance with Article 25.
Executive Management Committee means the executive management of the Company (e.g., the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and other C-level executive management of the Company approved by the CEO).
