Exempt personnel definition

Exempt personnel means all elected and appointed City officials, executives, administrators, and professional employees, and any other positions qualifying as an exempt position under the FLSA guidelines.

Exempt personnel means those employees occupying positions covered by SCC 3.68.010;

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.
