Existing Funds definition

Existing Funds. CPG Carlyle Commitments Fund, LLC CPG Carlyle Commitments Master Fund, LLC “New Fund” CPG Vintage Access Fund, LLC “Investment Manager” Central Park Advisers, LLC Except as amended hereby, all terms of the Existing Agreement remain in full force and effect. This Amendment includes the amendments in Schedule A and general terms in Schedule B.

Existing Funds shall have the same meaning as set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

Examples of Existing Funds in a sentence

More Definitions of Existing Funds

Existing Funds means funds from existing, matured or cancelled time deposit placement with Citibank.
