Existing Management definition

Existing Management means any of Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xxxxx X. Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx X. Xxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxx X. Xxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx and any other management level employees who are granted options under the Existing Management Option Plan.
