Exploitation Period definition

Exploitation Period means any and all periods of exploitation during which the production and removal of Hydrocarbons is permitted under the Contract.
Exploitation Period. The time elapsed from the end of the Exploration or Retention Period up to the end of the contract.

More Definitions of Exploitation Period

Exploitation Period with respect to any Game Title means the date commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the expiration of the Basic Term with respect to such Game Title.
