Such advance deliveries must be clearly marked for the Event and may only be received at the Venue after prior negotiation and agreement with the Venue before the Hire Period.
Should the booking be made less than 14 days before the start date of the Hire Period, the full Hire Fee, 'final cleaning' fee and other extras fees, if any, will be required to be paid at the time of the booking.
