Examples of Extraordinary Expenses in a sentence
Extraordinary Expenses shall include, but not be limited to: litigation costs and claims and other expenses not incurred in the ordinary course of a Fund’s business.
Total Expenses under this Agreement shall not be construed to include interest, taxes, brokerage commissions or other transactional expenses, Acquired Fund Fees and Expenses (as defined in the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Form N-1A) or any Extraordinary Expenses incurred by a Fund.
All payments, costs and expenses (including Extraordinary Expenses) of Agent under this Section shall be reimbursed to Agent by Xxxxxxxxx, on demand, with interest from the date incurred until paid in full, at the Default Rate applicable to Base Rate Revolver Loans.
Obligations other than principal and interest on the Loans, including Letter of Credit Obligations and Extraordinary Expenses, shall be paid by Borrowers as specifically provided herein and in any other applicable Loan Documents or, if no payment date is specified, on demand.
