Examples of Fair Market Sales Value in a sentence
Unless an Event of Default by City shall have occurred and be continuing at the end of the initial term or the current renewal term, as the case may be, City shall have the option to purchase all or any portion of the Equipment on the last day of the initial term or current renewal term, as the case may be, for a purchase price equal to the Fair Market Sales Value thereof as of the date of purchase.
Upon termination of this Lease, Lessor shall have the option to purchase from Lessee any alterations, modifications, additions or attachments to any Item of Equipment not described in the preceding sentence at the Fair Market Sales Value of such alterations, modifications, additions or attachments, as the case may be.
Any appraiser or appraisers appointed pursuant to the foregoing procedure shall be instructed to determine the Fair Market Sales Value and/or the Fair Market Rental Value, as the case may be, and the economic life or residual value, if applicable, of such Item(s) of Equipment within 90 days after the appointment of such appraiser(s).
On the occurrence of a Sublease Early Purchase Option Event, EZH may purchase CEL Trust’s Lease Interest, and must pay CEL Trust an amount equal to the greater of the Sublease Termination Value on that date or the Fair Market Sales Value of CEL Trust’s Lease Interest.
Such option shall be exercised by written notice to Contractor at least thirty (30) days prior to the last day of the initial term or current renewal term, as the case may be, Fair Market Sales Value of the Equipment in question shall be determined by mutual agreement of Contractor and City within ten (10) days after receipt by Contractor of the notice from City, or, if they shall fail to agree within such ten (10) day period, by the Appraisal Procedure.
