Final Invoice definition

Final Invoice is defined in Section 9.10(a).

Final Invoice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.9(b).

Final Invoice means the closing In- voice prepared for a given Task Order. Financial Consultant means a Con- sultant retained pursuant to this part to provide financial advisory services. Funding Agreement means an agree- ment, between a Borrower and a Con- sultant, providing for the Borrower to fund the costs of a Task Order and oth- erwise meeting the requirements of § 1789.166.

• Each invoice shall be marked as a Progressive or a Final Invoice, as applicable.

• The Final Invoice shall not include remaining Monthly payments of a Termination Fee under Section 2.5, which shall continue to be paid monthly until the obligation is extinguished.
