Final Review definition

Final Review means a peer review of a practice unit instructed by the Council in terms of Rules C3.5.2 and C3.13.1 of the Practice Rules.
Final Review. Failing settlement of the grievance at Step 2, the Union may submit the grievance to the Human Resources Manager within 5 working days of the response at Step 2. A Step 3 grievance meeting shall be conducted as soon as practicable.
