Financial Guarantees definition

Financial Guarantees means this Financial Guarantee and the AGM Financial Guarantee.
Financial Guarantees means performance guarantees, retention guarantees and advance payment guarantees;
Financial Guarantees means any financial guarantee issued by a Relevant Financial Guarantor in respect of any Wrapped Debt and "Financial Guarantee" shall be construed accordingly.

Financial Guarantees of the General ConditionsGeneral Part and in any other documents which comprise the Procurement Contract, this guarantee must be provided by a surety bond issued by provided by an authorized bank or insurance company, and by using exclusively the facsimile form enclosed to the Contract.
