Force Majeure Notice definition

Force Majeure Notice means a notice to be given by the Affected Party to the other party stating that a Force Majeure Event has occurred;
Force Majeure Notice means a written notice served by the Affected Party on the other Party stating that the Affected Party believes that there is a Force Majeure Event;
Force Majeure Notice means a notice given or to be given by the Affected Party to the other party stating that a Force Majeure Event has occurred;
