Foreign Pledge Agreement definition

Foreign Pledge Agreement means a pledge agreement securing the Obligations or any of them that is governed by the law of a jurisdiction other than the United States and reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Collateral Agent.
Foreign Pledge Agreement means a pledge or charge agreement with respect to the Pledged Collateral that constitutes Equity Interests of a Foreign Subsidiary, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent; provided, that, unless the Borrower and the Administrative Agent otherwise agree in any given case, in no event shall more than 65% of the issued and outstanding voting Equity Interests of any Excluded Foreign Subsidiary be pledged to secure Obligations of the Loan Parties.
Foreign Pledge Agreement means a pledge or charge agreement granting a Lien on Equity Interests in a Foreign Subsidiary to secure the Secured Obligations, governed by the law of the jurisdiction of organization of such Foreign Subsidiary and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
