Subsidiary Security Agreement definition

Subsidiary Security Agreement means the amended and restated security agreement between the Significant Subsidiaries and the Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, in substantially the form of Exhibit E, as the same may be amended or otherwise modified.
Subsidiary Security Agreement means, collectively, each Security Agreement executed and delivered by any Subsidiary in favor of the Lender pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, in substantially the form of Exhibit L, in each case, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Subsidiary Security Agreement means the Subsidiary Security Agreement executed and delivered by existing Subsidiary Guarantors and Administrative Agent on the Closing Date and to be executed and delivered by any additional Subsidiary Guarantors from time to time thereafter in accordance with subsection 6.8, substantially in the form of Exhibit XVII annexed hereto, as such Subsidiary Security Agreement may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Subsidiary Security Agreement means the Amended and Restated Subsidiary Security Agreement executed by each of the direct and indirect Wholly-Owned domestic Subsidiaries of the Company in favor of the Agent for the benefit of the Lenders and the Holders of Secured Obligations dated as of September 30, 1998, as amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
