Where a Company adopts Forms and Templates as part of its process to contract for Active Services these shall be detailed here.
Template means a qualified software solution – based on Software - created by Partner in accordance with the solution qualification guidelines for Software. For details contact your Partner Service Advisor.
Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;
Images means all types of visual content, including without limitation still photography, motion film or video and may include audio elements, whether generated optically, electronically, digitally or by any other means, and shall include all metadata, keywords, descriptions and captions associated therewith. Any reference to Images includes the whole or the part.
Prototype means a first model or design that has not been produced in batches, and from which the finished cosmetic product is copied or finally developed.
Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.
