Funding Commitment definition

Funding Commitment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).
Funding Commitment means commission approval of the use of RISE funds for a project.
Funding Commitment means the aggregate principal amount of the loans or advances that Beneficiary is obligated to make to Producer to fund Production and Delivery under (and subject to the terms and conditions of) the Funding Agreement and the other Funding Documents (excluding therefrom the aggregate amount of the reserve for Interest and Charges and any collateral holdback or other holdbacks or reserves, if any, specified in the Funding Agreement).

  • GRANTEE Funding Commitment, if any, must be spent in direct proportion to the Funds with each quarter’s payment.

  • Grantee shall permit representatives of Raleigh to visit the Property and to review the activities of Grantee pursuant to this Agreement, including books and records in any way related to this Agreement or the use of the Funding Commitment to acquire the Property (but excluding attorney-client privileged communications), at all reasonable times and with seven (7) days advance notice.

  • The disbursement of the remaining amount of the Funding Commitment (if any) will only be made to Grantee after Closing and only for costs actually incurred by the Grantee that were included in the Budget but not covered by the amount of the Initial Disbursement.


More Definitions of Funding Commitment

Funding Commitment means, as to each Variable Funding Note Noteholder, the obligation of such Variable Funding Note Noteholder to fund its ratable share of Advances, on the Closing Date and on each Advance Date, up to but not exceeding the amount set forth under such Variable Funding Note Noteholder’s name on its signature page to the Note Purchase Agreement, or the most recent Joinder Agreement, as applicable.
Funding Commitment means projects funded for construction in the first year of an adopted work program, or committed by private sources which can include the Developer*, for construction with funding provided within one year.
Funding Commitment means a commitment from a Participant to contribute to the Loan Pool Fund and purchase Participation Interests in Loans made from the Loan Pool Fund. Each Participant's Funding Commitment and the total of all Funding Commitments are indicated in Exhibit A of this Agreement.
