Gas Transportation Agreement definition

Gas Transportation Agreement means an agreement (which may consist of one or more instruments) under which a Gas Transporter provides gas transportation and delivery services to another person by means of a gas transportation pipeline.

Gas Transportation Agreement means any gas transportation agreement (including any OTSA) in relation to the VicHub entered into between the Service Provider and the Shipper or any other shipper or any Secondary Shipper. GJ means gigajoule.
