Examples of Governmental Charges in a sentence
Buyer shall pay or cause to be paid all Governmental Charges on or with respect to the Product or the transaction under this Agreement at and after the Delivery Point.
Taxes and Governmental Charges based on the location at which the Service is used (which may also be referred to by such names as “taxes” or “surcharges”) will be determined by the Service location designated by Customer for its end-users at the time the Service is activated.
If Buyer is required by Applicable Law or regulation to remit or pay Governmental Charges which are Seller’s responsibility hereunder, Buyer may deduct such amounts from payments to Seller with respect to payments under the Agreement; if Buyer elects not to deduct such amounts from Seller’s payments, Seller shall promptly reimburse Buyer for such amounts upon request.
In the event Seller is required by Applicable Law or regulation to remit or pay Governmental Charges which are Buyer’s responsibility hereunder, Buyer shall promptly reimburse Seller for such Governmental Charges.
All Governmental Charges reimbursable pursuant to this Article 7 shall be reimbursed by CE LLC, on behalf of the Service Recipients, no later than the date which is 30 days after receipt of an Expense Statement.
