Examples of Governmental Charges in a sentence
In the event Seller is required by law or regulation to remit or pay Governmental Charges that are TVA’s responsibility hereunder, TVA shall promptly reimburse Seller for such Governmental Charges.
TVA shall pay or cause to be paid all Governmental Charges on or with respect to the Product at and from the Delivery Point (other than ad valorem, franchise, or income taxes that are related to the sale of the Product and are, therefore, the responsibility of Seller).
Nothing shall obligate or cause a Party to pay or be liable to pay any Governmental Charges for which it is exempt under the law.
If TVA is required by law or regulation to remit or pay Governmental Charges that are Seller’s responsibility hereunder, TVA may deduct the amount of any such Governmental Charges from the sums due to Seller under this Agreement.
Each Party shall cooperate with the other Party in order to qualify for or take advantage of any available reduction in or exemption from such Governmental Charges and to otherwise minimize the amount of such Governmental Charges that must be paid under applicable law.
