Group Policy definition

Group Policy. /”policy” means the breakdown policy as set out in this document;
Group Policy means the applicable policy issued by the Insurer and bearing the Group Policy Number shown on Your Application.
Group Policy means a group accident or health insurance policy issued by an insurance company under chapter 509, a group accident or health contract issued by a health service corporation under chapter 514, or a plan for health care services provided by a health maintenance organization under chapter 514B, or issued or provided by any similar corporation or organization.

Group Policy means this Group Policy Document, the Proposal Form, the Register of Members, the Schedule, the Certificates of Insurance and any additional information or documentation provided to Us in relation to the Proposal Form or any Eligible Member’s application form, any Endorsements issued by Us and attached to this Group Policy and any Riders attached to this Group Policy.
