Hazardous Wastes definition

Hazardous Wastes means all waste materials subject to regulation under CERCLA, RCRA or applicable state law, and any other applicable Federal and state laws now in force or hereafter enacted relating to hazardous waste disposal.

More Definitions of Hazardous Wastes

Hazardous Wastes means (A) any waste listed as or meeting the identified characteristics of a “hazardous waste” or terms of similar import under RCRA, (B) any waste meeting the identified characteristics of a “hazardous waste”, “extremely hazardous waste” or “restricted hazardous waste” under the CHWCL, and/or (C) any and all other substances and materials defined or referred to as a “hazardous waste” or other term of similar import under any Hazardous Materials Laws.

Hazardous Wastes means all waste materials subject to regulation or defined as such under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act as modified by the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, the Clean Air Act, the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, the Toxic Substance Control Act, or any applicable state law and any other applicable federal, state or local laws and their regulations now in force or hereafter enacted relating to hazardous waste disposal or environmental conservation.
Hazardous Wastes means (A) any waste listed as or meeting the identified characteristics of a “hazardous waste” or terms of similar import under RCRA, (B) any waste meeting the identified characteristics of a “hazardous waste,” “extremely hazardous waste” or “restricted hazardous waste” under the CHWCL, and/or (C) any and all other substances and materials defined or referred to as a “hazardous waste” or other term of similar import under any Hazardous Materials Laws.
