Hedge Breakage Costs. For any Hedge Transaction, any amount payable by the Seller for the early termination of that Hedge Transaction or any portion thereof.

Each Hedge Counterparty must consent to the assignment of the Borrower's rights under the Hedging Agreement to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 6.03(f).
