Included Securities has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1(a) hereof.

Examples of Included Securities in a sentence

• Each such request by such other Holders shall specify the number of Included Securities proposed to be sold and the intended method of disposition thereof.

• Employees and Related Persons must provide the Compliance Officer with a list of their holdings of Included Securities as at the last day of December of each year, within fifteen calendar days following year end.

• New Employees must provide the Compliance Officer with a list of their holdings, or those of Related Persons, in Included Securities within 10 days of joining the Company.

• Included Securities covers all securities included in the Investments section for each Vestcor Investment Entity Profile.
