Individual Contractor definition

Individual Contractor means any natural person who performs labor or service for the Insured Organisation pursuant to a written contract or agreement with the Insured Organization. The status of an individual as an Individual Contractor will be determined as of the date of an alleged act, error or omission by any such Individual Contractor. Insured means:
Individual Contractor means Individual Consultant;
Individual Contractor means any individual who enters into a contract with the County in his or her individual capacity.

  • Individual contract means a contract for health care services issued to and covering an individual. The individual contract may include dependents of the subscriber.
