Ineligible definition

Ineligible means that the individual obtained the checks and clearances as described in sections 5n and 5q and is not considered appropriate to obtain a license, to be a member of the household of a group child care home or family child care home, or to be a child care staff member due to violation of section 5n, 5q, or 5r.
Ineligible means excluded from Government contract- ing (and subcontracting, if appropriate) pursuant to statutory, Executive order, or regulatory authority other than this regu- lation (48 CFR Chapter 1) and its implementing and supple- menting regulations; for example, pursuant to the Davis- Bacon Act and its related statutes and implementing regula- tions, the Service Contract Act, the Equal Employment Opportunity Acts and Executive orders, the Walsh-Healey Public Contracts Act, the Buy American Act, or the Environ- mental Protection Acts and Executive orders.
Ineligible. The Plan status of an individual during the period in which he or she is (1) an Employee of a Related Company which is not then an Employer, (2) an Employee, but not an Eligible Employee, or (3) not an Employee.
