Informal Discussion definition

Informal Discussion means the conversation between an individual making a complaint, or as applicable the representative of the individual, and the designee of the Department or local program who received the complaint to address the content of the complaint. The informal discussion may result in resolution of the issue.
Informal Discussion. If an employee feels that he/she has a grievance, he/she should first discuss it with the director in an effort to resolve the problem informally.

Informal Discussion. In the event that an individual employee believes there is a basis for grievance, 39 the individual should first discuss, in person, the alleged grievance with the principal and/or 40 immediate supervisor.
