Initial Properties definition

Initial Properties means collectively the Properties listed on Schedule 1.1 and “Initial Property” means any of such Properties.

Initial Properties means the interests in a portfolio of 27 income-producing properties, comprised of 26 retail, office and industrial properties and one land lease community, which were indirectly acquired by the REIT concurrently with the completion of the IPO.

Initial Properties means those properties listed in Exhibit B hereto.

Examples of Initial Properties in a sentence

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, subscription proceeds relating to the Initial Public Offering, Royalty Revenues and any cash flow and other revenues generated from or associated with any interest of the Corporation, FHT or the Partnership in the HB Lands Royalties or the Additional Royalties, or of the Corporation, FHT or the Partnership in the Initial Properties or Additional Properties, may not be commingled with the funds of any other entity which is managed by the Manager.

• Global Logistic Properties Limited (“GLP” or the “Company”) refers to the announcements dated 1 and 5 November 2012 in relation to the J-REIT (together, the “Announcements”) and wishes to announce that on 13 November 2012, the Group and the J-REIT have entered into sale and purchase agreements for the Initial Sale with respect to the J-REIT Initial Properties and purchase option agreements for the Optional Sale with respect to the J-REIT Optional Properties.

More Definitions of Initial Properties

Initial Properties means the properties and assets to be acquired by the Corporation from the Vendors pursuant to the Sale Agreement;

Initial Properties means collectively the Hotel Properties listed on Schedule 1.01(b), and “Initial Property” means any of such Hotel Properties.
