Insured Fee Properties definition

Insured Fee Properties the collective reference to the real properties owned in fee by the Loan Parties described on Part I(a) of Schedule 5.8, including without limitation, all buildings, improvements, structures and fixtures now or subsequently located thereon and owned by any such Loan Party.

  • The Administrative Agent shall have received in respect of each of the Insured Fee Properties and Mortgaged Leased Properties an irrevocable written commitment to issue a mortgagee’s title policy (or policies) or marked up unconditional binder for such insurance dated the Closing Date.

  • The Collateral Agent shall have received in respect of each of the Insured Fee Properties an irrevocable written commitment to issue a mortgagee’s title policy (or policies) or marked up unconditional binder for such insurance dated the Closing Date.

Related to Insured Fee Properties

  • Real Properties means, at any time, a collective reference to each of the facilities and real properties (including the Borrowing Base Properties) owned or leased by the Consolidated Parties at such time.

  • Unimproved Real Property means Property in which the Company has an equity interest that was not acquired for the purpose of producing rental or other operating income, that has no development or construction in process and for which no development or construction is planned, in good faith, to commence within one (1) year.

  • Mortgaged Properties the real properties listed on Schedule 1.1B, as to which the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders shall be granted a Lien pursuant to the Mortgages.

  • School property means in or within any building, structure, athletic playing field, playground, parking lot or land contained within the real property boundary line of a public elementary or secondary school, or in or on a school bus, as defined in Vehicle and Traffic Law §142.
