Integrated Products definition

Integrated Products means Your proprietary software applications which: (i) are developed by Your Licensed Developers; (ii) add substantial functionality beyond the functionality provided by the incorporated components of the Programs; and (iii) are not commercial alternatives for, or competitive in the marketplace with, the Programs or any components of the Programs.

Integrated Products means (a) any product integrating Brainlab Technology and SurgiVision Technology as contemplated in section II or section III of this Agreement, or (b) any jointly developed product in the Therapeutic Delivery Field of Use as contemplated in section III of this Agreement.

Integrated Products means products which contain one or more Supplier products and or one or more Buyer products. Integrated Products may include both hardware and software.

Examples of Integrated Products in a sentence

• Additionally, you must destroy: (i) all copies of the Product Package not integrated into a live, functioning instance(s) of Your Integrated Product(s) already installed, implemented and deployed for your Permitted End Users, and (ii) any product and company logos provided by us in connection with this XXXX.

More Definitions of Integrated Products

Integrated Products means the hardware products specified in Exhibit A when appliances are combined with the Code, add-on cards are integrated in the appliances and network interface cards are either integrated in the appliances or sold separately (also as specified in Exhibit A).

Integrated Products means ServiceNow-provided integrations to third-party products or any other third-party products that are used by Customer in connection with the Subscription Service. Customer agrees that its use of such Integrated Products will be: (i) in compliance with all Laws, including but not limited to, Data Protection Laws; and (ii) in accordance with its contractual agreement with the provider of such Integrated Products. Any Personal Data populated from the Integrated Products to the Subscription Service must be collected, used, disclosed and, if applicable, internationally transferred in accordance with Customer’s privacy policy, which will adhere to Data Protection Laws.

Integrated Products means those products, solutions, or computer programs produced, manufactured, or sold by Buyer, acting as an Integrator, that incorporate, include, are based on, derived from, or are bundled with, the Software.

Integrated Products means the Software and Cloud Services integrated with the Product and available for use with the Product as indicated on the then current Cisco Global Price List. For example, the Product is available for use with the ESA Inbound Essentials Software Bundle (Anti-Spam, Anti-Virus, Outbreak Filters), the ESA Premium Software Bundle (Anti-Spam, Anti-Virus, Outbreak Filters, Data Loss Prevention, Encryption), and the AMP for Content Security add-on to such bundles, and may be made available for use with other Integrated Products from time to time.

Integrated Products means Kensu-provided integrations to third-party products or any other third-party products that are used by Customer in connection with the Subscription Service. Customer agrees that its use of such Integrated Products will be: (i) in compliance with all Laws, including but not limited to, Data Protection Laws; and (ii) in accordance with its contractual agreement with the provider of such Integrated Products.
