Interest Rate Determination Method definition

Interest Rate Determination Method means any of the methods of determining the interest rate on the Bonds described in Section 2.03.
Interest Rate Determination Method means any of the methods of determining the interest rate on the Bonds described in Section 2.08 hereof.
Interest Rate Determination Method means any of the methods for determining the interest rate on the Bonds described in Section 2.02(b), (c) or (d).

Examples of Interest Rate Determination Method in a sentence

  • During the period commencing on the date that the Interest Rate Determination Method is converted to a method where the Bonds bear interest at the Fixed Rate pursuant to Section 2.04 to (subject to the right of prior redemption at the prices and dates and upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth) the Maturity Date of the Bonds (the "Fixed Rate Period"), the Bonds shall bear interest at the Fixed Rate.

  • The Company is hereby granted the right to designate from time to time changes in the Interest Rate Determination Method (as defined in the Indenture) in the manner and to the extent set forth in Section 2.4 of the Indenture.

If the Alternative Base Rate is determined, such Alternative Base Rate shall be the Alternative Base Rate for the remaining Interest Periods.
