Internal Business Purposes definition

Internal Business Purposes means managing your business, but not that of an independent third party.
Internal Business Purposes means the usage of the Services solely by the Client Group for its own internal business purposes, without the right to provide service bureau or other data processing services, or otherwise share or distribute the Services, to any party outside the Client Group, unless expressly contemplated by this Agreement.
Internal Business Purposes means purposes directly related to Licensee’s use of a Signal Conditioner in its internal business operations as permitted by this Agreement and expressly excludes direct or indirect distribution of the Software as a stand-alone offering to third parties independent of Licensee’s use of a Sensor.

More Definitions of Internal Business Purposes

Internal Business Purposes means use of the Software solely for Customer’s internal business projects; and deploying such projects in production mode. Internal Business Purposes do not include use of Software to provide any kind of service/action/assistance or support to third part(ies).

Internal Business Purposes means Customer’s internal use of the Program(s) for its ordinary course of business, including using the Program(s) to provide managed services for customers of Customer through IT Systems owned by Customer, but excluding, inter alia, an installation and use of the Program(s) on or for IT systems licensed/owned by third parties, regardless of whether such IT systems are operated for or at such third parties or are housed, hosted or otherwise operated by Customer for such third parties.
