Issuer Secured Accounts definition

Issuer Secured Accounts means, together, the Transaction Account, the Reserve Account and the Commingling Reserve Account;
Issuer Secured Accounts means, together, the Transaction Account, the Reserve Account, the Commingling Reserve Account, the Expenses Advance Account and the Cross Currency Swap Collateral Account subject to Clause 10 of the Security Trust Deed;
Issuer Secured Accounts means, together, the Transaction Account, the Reserve Account and the Issuer Collections Account;

Examples of Issuer Secured Accounts in a sentence

  • If at any time a Ratings Downgrade has occurred with respect to the Transaction Account Bank, the Issuer will be required, within thirty (30) calendar days after the Ratings Downgrade, to transfer any amounts credited to the Issuer Secured Accounts, at no cost to the Issuer, to an alternative bank with at least the Required Ratings.

  • Trust Accounts has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5.1.
