Joint Venturer definition

Joint Venturer means the local government or another person with whom the local government is to carry on or enter into the joint venture.

Joint Venturer means a Person designated on Schedule A as a Joint Venturer, and any other Person that is admitted as a Joint Venturer pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, in each case until such Person ceases to be a Joint Venturer of the Company.
