Labor Agreements definition

Labor Agreements means the collective bargaining agreements between Operator and local labor unions with respect to the operation of the Facility or the maintenance thereof.

  • None of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or any asset thereof, or any of their respective assets to the extent related to the Business, is subject to any grievance or arbitration proceeding under any Labor Agreements or otherwise or any governmental investigation, audit, or inquiry.
