Incentive Plans definition

Incentive Plans means any incentive, bonus, deferred compensation or similar plan or arrangement currently or hereafter made available by Employer in which Executive is eligible to participate.
Incentive Plans shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.3(d) hereof.
Incentive Plans means the Company’s (i) 2004 Incentive Plan, as amended from time to time, (ii) 2011 Incentive Plan, as amended from time to time, and (iii) any Long-Term Incentive Plans entered into between Executive and the Company.

  • When treasury shares are subsequently sold or reissued pursuant to the Share-based Incentive Plans, the cost of the treasury shares is reversed from the reserve for own shares account and the realised gain or loss on sale or reissue, net of any directly attributable incremental transaction costs and related tax, is recognised as a change in equity of the Company.
