Landlord Work definition

Landlord Work means the work, if any, that Landlord is obligated to perform in the Premises pursuant to a separate agreement (the “Work Letter”), if any, attached to this Lease as Exhibit C.

Landlord Work. The construction or installation of improvements to the Premises, to be furnished by Landlord, specifically described in the Workletter or exhibits attached hereto. LAWS OR LAW: All laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, other requirements, orders, rulings or decisions adopted or made by any governmental body, agency, department or judicial authority having jurisdiction over the Property, the Premises or Tenant's activities at the Premises and any covenants, conditions or restrictions of record which affect the Property.
Landlord Work means any renovation, build-out, demolition or other work that a Seller is required to conduct for the benefit of a certain Tenant pursuant to the terms of such Tenant’s Lease.
