Law" or "Laws definition

Law" or "Laws means any federal, state or local government law, rules or regulations applicable to the Project.
Law" or "Laws means any and all laws, including all federal, provincial, state and local, municipal, national or foreign statutes, codes, ordinances, guidelines, decrees, rules, regulations and municipal by-laws and all judicial, arbitral, administrative, ministerial, departmental or regulatory judgments, orders, directives, decisions, rulings or awards or other requirements of any governmental authority, binding on or affecting the person referred to in the context in which the term is used and rules, regulations and policies of any stock exchange on which securities of the Corporation are listed for trading.
Law" or "Laws means any supranational, national, federal, state, provincial or local law, statute, ordinance, rule, regulation, code, order, judgment, injunction or decree of any country.

More Definitions of Law" or "Laws

Law" or "Laws means the Law on Enterprises and all other applicable laws, decrees, decisions, circulars, regulations and other documents having the effect of Law issued by any State Authority (as the same may be amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time) and which are applicable to the Company’s establishment and operation.
Law" or "Laws means in respect of the United States and any other country, all published Laws, statutes, codes, ordinances, decrees, rules, regulations, by-laws, judicial or arbitral or administrative or ministerial or departmental or regulatory, judgments, orders, decisions rulings or awards, including several principles of common and civil Law and conditions or any grant of approval, permission, authority or license of any court, Governmental Authority, statutory body or self regulatory authority.
Law" or "Laws means all applicable constitutional provisions, statutes, codes, acts, ordinances, orders, judgments, decrees, injunctions, rules, regulations, and requirements of all Governmental Authorities.
Law" or "Laws means the Constitution of the State of New York, the City of Rome Charter, a statute of the United States or of the State of New York, a local law of the City of Rome, New York, any ordinance, rule or regulations having the force of law, or common law.
