Statutes definition

Statutes means the Companies Act, the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 of Bermuda, and every other act (as amended from time to time) for the time being in force of the Legislature of Bermuda applying to or affecting the Company, the Memorandum of Association and/or these presents;
Statutes or “laws” means the latest edition of the Code of Iowa, as amended.
Statutes means the Companies Law and every other act, order regulation or other instrument having statutory effect (as amended from time to time) for the time being in force in the Cayman Islands applying to or affecting the Company, the Memorandum of Association and/or these presents;
