Laws of the Union definition

Laws of the Union means the Laws of the IRFU and any and all Laws and regulations arising therefrom; “Match” means a contest in which two teams compete against the other in playing the Game;
Laws of the Union means all these Laws and each of them, the Child Welfare Code, and includes regulations respectively made by the Council and the Committee pursuant to their powers in Laws 14(b)(ii) and 15(b);

  • Check-Off Forms: During the life of this Agreement, and in accordance with the terms of the Form of Authorization of Authorization of Check-Off of Dues hereinafter set forth, the Employer agrees to deduct union membership dues levied in accordance with the Constitution and By- Laws of the Union from the Check-Off of Dues form as provided by the Union.

  • The Contract shall be governed by the Laws of the Union of India in force from time to time.

  • Laws of the Game means the official laws of the game of football and futsal as promulgated by FIFA;

  • Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company, as in effect as of the Effective Date.

  • Commonwealth Act means the Workplace Relations Act 1996 of the Commonwealth;

  • Governing Documents means, with respect to any Person, such Person’s charter, articles or certificate of incorporation, limited partnership, formation or organization, bylaws, limited partnership agreement, limited liability company agreement or other documents or instruments which establish the rules, procedures and rights with respect to such Person’ governance, in each case as amended, restated, supplemented and/or modified and in effect as of the relevant date.

  • Restated Certificate of Incorporation means the Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company, as amended.

  • Parent Bylaws means the Bylaws of Parent.

  • DRULPA means the Delaware Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act.

  • COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA SS COUNTY OF PHILADELPHIA : The undersigned, being duly sworn, deposes and says that:

  • State of Incorporation means Delaware.

  • Governing statute of an organization means the statute that governs the organization's internal affairs.

  • Restated Charter means the Company’s Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation, as amended and/or restated from time to time.

  • Memorandum and Articles means the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company in effect from time to time.

  • Parent Organizational Documents means the certificate of incorporation, bylaws (or equivalent organizational or governing documents), and other organizational or governing documents, agreements or arrangements, each as amended to date, of each of Parent and Acquisition Sub.

  • Bye-laws means the bye-laws of the Company, as amended from time to time.

  • Company Law means the Companies Law (as amended) of the Cayman Islands.

  • State of Texas Textravel means the State Travel Management Program through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts website and Texas Administrative Code, Title 34, Part 1, Chapter 5, Subchapter C, Section 5.22, relative to travel reimbursements under this Contract, if any.

  • Company Charter Documents means the Company’s certificate of incorporation and bylaws, each as amended to the date of this Agreement.

  • Delaware General Corporation Law means the Delaware General Corporation Law, 8 Del. C.ss.100, et. seq., as amended from time to time.

  • Community Charter means the Community Charter, S.B.C. 2003, c. 26, as may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Memorandum of Association means the memorandum of association of the Company, as amended or substituted from time to time;
