This Agreement is subject to the Lawful Hiring of Employees Law of the County of Suffolk, Suffolk County Code Chapter 234, as more fully set forth in the Exhibit collectively referred to as the "Suffolk County Legislative Requirements." In accordance with this law, Contractor or employer, as the case may be, and any subcontractor or owner, as the case may be, agree to maintain the documentation mandated to be kept by this law on site at all times.
Applicable Modern Slavery Laws means any modern slavery Legislative Requirements that are applicable to the Supplier, PIC or the Contract, including the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) and the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (NSW).
