Licensed Items definition

Licensed Items means the Software, Documentation and any other Supplier or third party provided materials (including content) provided by Supplier in performance of its obligations under the Purchase Order.
Licensed Items means any Deliverable Items being furnished pursuant to, or to be utilized in connection with, this Contract which require the approval, permission or license from a government with respect to export control laws of such government.
Licensed Items means the interface and software for banking and financial transactions, in which the technology might be utilized pursuant to the execution by the parties herein of this License Agreement.

More Definitions of Licensed Items

Licensed Items means the Principal’s programs listed on Schedule “A” together with all related documentation, sales aids, training aids, and including all revisions and corrections thereto, whether made by the Principal, and any such additional software as it may offer to its clients from time to time during the currency of this Agreement. Licensed Items shall include object code for the Principal’s programs acquired, whether used at its Installation Address as defined hereunder, or through a public cloud as SaaS and any user manuals and related documentation, in machine read- able or printed form.
Licensed Items means the interfaces for personal computer games, console games and Internet television, in which the Technology may be utilized pursuant to the execution by the parties herein of the License Agreement.
Licensed Items means any Deliverables being furnished pursuant to, or to be utilized in connection with, this Agreement which require the approval, permission, or license from a government with respect to export control laws of such government.
Licensed Items means (i) any services or products that in the absence of this Agreement would infringe at least one claim of the Patents, (ii) products made using a process or machine covered by a claim of the Patents, or (iii) products, services, processes, or machines that at least in part use or are manufactured using Know-How, Trade Secrets, or Other Intellectual Property Rights.
