Licensed Property definition

Licensed Property means the portion of the Software and the Documentation to which Customer has purchased a License as identified on an applicable Order. Licensed Property shall include any updates or upgrades to the Licensed Property that AvePoint may at its discretion deliver to Customer.
Licensed Property means any works or materials produced or created solely and exclusively in relation to services other than the Project, the Intellectual Property Rights of which are owned by third parties, and which are incorporated into the Materials or used by the Fellowship Applicant or the Institution in the performance of the Project hereunder;
Licensed Property means the Licensed Software, the Enabled Content and the Documentation.

  • The term of the Subscription Licenses starts on the agreed date or, if no date has been agreed, upon AvePoint making the subscription-based Licensed Property available to the Customer.

  • All Customer Data passing through Hosted Licensed Property is stored by AvePoint in a siloed database which is neither accessible by nor communicates with other AvePoint Servers.

Licensed Property means any products or methods related to the reduction of NOx and mercury emissions from cyclone coal-fired boilers, whether owned by ADA or licensed by ADA that are (i) covered by any Valid Claims(s) contained in any of the Patents, and/or (ii) based on the products, processes or methods developed using the Technology.
