Liquidity Facilities definition

Liquidity Facilities means, collectively, the Class A Liquidity Facility and the Class B Liquidity Facility.
Liquidity Facilities means each of the committed loan facilities, lines of credit and other financial accommodations available to a Conduit Lender to support the liquidity of such Conduit Lender’s Commercial Paper Notes.
Liquidity Facilities means the two Revolving Credit Agreements (consisting of one Revolving Credit Agreement with the Liquidity Provider with respect to the Class A Pass Through Trust and a second Revolving Credit Agreement with the Liquidity Provider with respect to the Class B Pass Through Trust) between the Subordination Agent, as borrower, and the Liquidity Provider, each dated as of the Issuance Date, provided that, for purposes of any obligation of Owner, no amendment, modification or supplement to, or substitution or replacement of, any such Liquidity Facility shall be effective unless consented to by Owner.

  • The amount of each drawing under the Liquidity Facilities shall be due and payable, together with interest thereon, on the dates and at the rates, respectively, provided in the Liquidity Facilities.

Liquidity Facilities means the three Revolving Credit Agreements between the Subordination Agent, as borrower, and the Liquidity Provider, and any replacement thereof, in each case as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented.
