Local service definition

Local service means the cable entertainment television service tier that includes the retransmission of local television broadcast signals.
Local service has the meaning given to it in the section 2 of the Transport Xxx 0000 and for the avoidance of doubt, this shall not include: services which are not registrable pursuant to section 6 of the Xxxxxxxxx Xxx 0000, including any services which are provided where a railway service is temporarily interrupted under section 40 Railways Xxx 0000;
