Loss of Data definition

Loss of Data means the physical or electronic or other loss or destruction or alteration or loss of use, whether permanent or temporary, of or damage to Data, in whole or in part, including, but not limited to loss of Data resulting from loss or damage to Computer and Electronic Equipment or Data Storage Materials, including while stored on Data Storage Materials.
Loss of Data means the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to Data;
Loss of Data means an instance where a file being processed for the Program conversion cannot be saved or is corrupted to the point that it is not accessible. "Loss of functionality" shall mean an instance in which an essential portion of the Program is unusable or inaccessible. Notwithstanding the foregoing, "defects" as used above shall not include an error or problem caused by incompatibility with a subsequent model of an HP Product or revisions to the underlying computer operating system or Major Application. Such errors or problems, if any, shall be deemed Compatibility issues under Section 3. *CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED

More Definitions of Loss of Data

Loss of Data has the meaning given to that term in clause 20(g)(i)(C).
