Luxembourg Obligor means each company listed in Part A of the Schedule to this Deed Poll.
Luxembourg Obligor means the company specified in Schedule 2 (Luxembourg Obligor).

  • The following defined terms shall have the following meanings in the Finance Documents: Luxembourg means the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg; Luxembourg Guarantor means a Guarantor incorporated in Luxembourg; and Luxembourg Obligor means an Obligor incorporated in Luxembourg.
